Juicy prawns in a marie rose sauce served on a bed of crisp lettuce
 
Melon and citrus fruit 
Melon pearls, orange segments and red grapes served with blackcurrant sorbet drizzled with mango syrup
 
 
 
Traditional roast turkey
With bread sauce, chestnut stuffing, roast and new potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables
 
Herb crusted cod
Cod fillet topped with a pesto crust on a bed of pancetta mash with a red capsicum sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables
 
Rump steak
Finest Scottish rump steak pan fried and carved on a bed of sauté potatoes served with Madeira sauce and fresh
Seasonal vegetables
 
Winter vegetable roast
 Oven roasted root vegetables served on a bed of champ with a rich red wine and chestnut gravy
 
 
Christmas pudding
Traditional pudding served with brandy sauce
 
Toffee and butterscotch cheesecake
